Chop Butchery’s cases are always stocked with a wide variety of fresh, housemade sausages and other charcuterie.
Our sausages are made entirely from naturally raised ingredients and are minimally processed. We use only 100% shoulder for our pork and lamb sausages, which gives each link a perfect balance of fat. All sausages are ground in small batches to assure the best quality of flavor and texture.
